I work with people in organizations of all sizes to unlock the hidden drivers of growth. I’ve led capability development, strategy and innovation projects across Fortune 100 companies and small businesses. I combine Strategy, Agile, Project Structure, Change Management, and Coaching to move complex work forward and create value.
My formal education includes an MBA from Xavier University, a BA in Russian Studies from Fordham University. And I served in the U.S. Army as an intelligence officer.
A handful of years ago, I added coaching to my toolkit. That training includes NeuroLeadership Institute’s Brain-based Coaching, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Matrix Management Institute’s Matrix Leadership Foundations, and the Playing Big Facilitator’s Training with Tara Mohr.
I coach and consult as Managing Partner of MurphyMerton LLC.
